Since Braden has now been with us for a year I have been taking a trip down memory lane. It is a good thing I decided to write this blog because my brain is too clogged with hops and pork fat to make the first corner on memory lane. Going back and reading some of the old posts has reminded me of some amazing times.
I have composed a sort of first year memories cheat sheet. For those of you who were not with me from the beginning I am offering here today via the links below the condensed version of Braden's first year of life as reported through this blog. I hope you enjoy reading some of the old posts commemorating Braden's first year as much as I did.

First Father's Day

I think that I started reading sometime around the first fathers day. I hope that you print all of your posts out. It would make a great baby book!
I like the baby book idea. I'm glad that Braden will one day be able to read these postings for himself and have them forever.
I'm right there with you. That's why I started mine. Just wish I'd started a couple years earlier. Keep 'em coming! It's all gold.
Thank You for the baby book idea, I love it. We will definately be getting to work on that shortly! I think this is going to be such a wonderful thing for his daddy and him to share when he gets older.
Ok I have to admit I didn't click on the links. But this totally cracked me up:

Thanks for all the links to your past posts! How wonderful to relive Braden's first year all over again! I must have started reading your post almost immediately after I started blogging back in April. I was surprised to see how many of the posts I had already read. And how did I miss the walking video? (I know, that's when my computer decided to die permanently LOL) It was great to see him keep getting up and grabbing that huge ball. I loved your dogs in the background. They looked like they wanted to join the fun! Glad I got to see the post this time around!
What an amazing year for all of you! I'm looking forward to many more posts about your little man!
It doesn't seem like much time, but look at how much has changed for Braden! Having all of these posts for later will be a wonderful thing for you all.
Just to add to the baby book idea, you might want to look at fastpencil.com. It is a self publishing tool that will allow you to create a book out of your blog. I'm using the site to write my cooking ebook, but thought I'd pass the info along.
